restaurants, ferry, rent-a-car or yachting companies nor air carriers.
- Hotels have the right to organize animation and/or activities (Live Music, Turkish Nights, open buffet meals...) at their own
convenience. Generally these animations are not available in Winter season and Low Summer season (April and October) and completely
depending on the number of guests in the hotel.
- Hotels have the right to charge fees for any activity proposed such as water sports, baby sitting, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness center,
turkish bath, special dinners, safes in room or at reception, etc...
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated.

- Children discounts are valid for the children staying with their family in the same room.

Comfirmation of the Reservations
Each hotel has different reservation policy. In general, 20% of the total booking cost is required to confirm the reservation. The
balance is to be paid between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in day, depending on the hotel and booking period.
Payment Options
You pay your reservation(s) by a valid credit card or via wire transfer.
Cancellation
Cancellation periods without any penalty charges are different and will be informed you by e-mail Any cancellations made
less than these periods prior to arrival may incur a cost of one night’s accommodation.
Juridiction
In case of disagreement between BodrumHotels.org and its customers, the place of juridiction will be Bodrum - Turkey and the
applicable law will be the Turkish law.
